Alt Codes in Excel

Sometimes you want to be able to enter characters that are not available to the current  font selection when entering values in Excel, so you would then need to use Alt Codes to get the job done. These characters can be used by holding down the Alt key and then typing the number with the number pad of your keyboard. Following are some of the special characters that are available.
